Core Role Objective:
We are seeking a high-caliber digital marketing expert with a proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and prestigious global brands. The ideal candidate will leverage their "360-degree" marketing knowledge to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, driving exponential growth through sophisticated paid media and team leadership.
Enhanced Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth
- Big-Brand Strategy Integration: Translate experience from working with industry-leading brands into actionable growth frameworks for our business, implementing enterprise-level best practices in scaling and brand positioning.
- 360-Degree Campaign Orchestration: Oversee the full marketing ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, and Organic channels to create a unified customer journey.
- Business Development Support: Identify untapped market opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to align marketing lead generation with revenue growth targets.
Multi-Platform Expert Execution
- Full-Stack Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as emerging platforms.
- Advanced Optimization: Manage the complete lifecycle—from audience segmentation and creative direction to real-time bidding strategies and budget fluidity—to ensure maximum ROI and minimum spend wastage.
- Technical Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of conversion tracking, Pixel/API implementation, and GTM event setups to maintain data integrity.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Mentorship & Leadership: Lead and upskill the internal marketing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and creative excellence.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between content, design, and development teams to ensure all assets are conversion-optimized and brand-aligned.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present sophisticated daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, delivering high-level insights and strategic pivots to management.
Performance Tuning & Analytics
- Aggressive A/B Testing: Lead a rigorous testing roadmap for ad copies, landing pages, and creative hooks to constantly beat previous performance benchmarks.
- Deep-Dive Data Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and advanced attribution models to decode user behavior and optimize the CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- SEO Strategy Oversight: Plan and execute SEO initiatives to ensure organic growth complements paid efforts for a sustainable digital footprint.
Candidate Requirements & Expectations
- Expert Knowledge: Must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in the technical nuances of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn algorithms.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict non-disclosure regarding company strategies, client data, and internal growth hacks.
